Code of Conduct

We want things to feel neighborly — here's what we think that means:

  1. 1
    Bring a stroller or wagon
This event is meant for young families — any set of wheels will do. Bring any parade items you'd like as well!
  2. 2
    Make neighbor connections
This is face-to-face time, not a feed. Say hi, learn a name, swap a block story — the parade is an excuse to meet the people who live near you.
  3. 3
    Help each other out
Lend a hand on tricky curbs, share snacks, slow down for little legs.
  4. 4
    Keep it chill
We want this to be a low-stress parade promenade. Come and leave as you please.
  5. 5
    Respect your neighborhood
Stay on sidewalks, keep off lawns, give cars room at driveways, and leave no trace — pack out what you bring in so the block looks the same when we're done.

RSVPing to a parade means you agree to these. Organizers may ask folks who can't follow them to sit the next one out.
